The key is to challenge your body without overwhelming it — you bend, but don’t break.

"Sytera’s approach to fascia fitness quickly stood out as one of those rare innovations that has the potential to redefine how we think about the body and its capacity for healing and performance."

IT ALL STARTED HERE.
After healing from a traumatic leg injury in her teens, Sytera dedicated her career to helping people feel clear, energized, and engaged in life rather than depleted by it.
She developed the Nadi Ball Method® for stress reduction, pain relief, and increased mobility. This innovative method integrates massage balls into movement, stretching, and strengthening.
As Northern Virginia Magazine explained in a 2020 feature, “The balls work into the fascia lines, creating openness and encouraging correct alignment, and students can feel how sensations are connected throughout the body.”
