This quick assessment evaluates five key movement patterns that reveal the health and adaptability of your fascial system. In just a few minutes, you'll establish your Fascia Fitness Score and discover where your body may need support.


How It Works

Complete the 5 movement assessments below.

For each movement, choose:

0 = I cannot do this movement comfortably and experience significant restriction and/or pain.

1 = I can partially do this movement and only experience some restriction and mild discomfort.

2 = I can fully preform this movement with no pain and no restriction.

Add your scores for a total between 0–10.

1. Lower Back & Hamstrings: Lie on your back with your legs extended and feet against a wall. Can you slide your hand under your lower back while keeping the backs of your thighs on the floor?
2. Hip Mobility: Bring one knee toward your chest. Can the opposite leg stay straight and relaxed on the floor without lifting or bending?
3. Spinal Rotation Cross one knee across your body while keeping both shoulders on the floor. How comfortably can you rotate?
4. Side Body Mobility: Cross one foot over the other and create a gentle C-shape through your body. How freely can you move without tension?
5. Shoulder & Rib Mobility: Raise both arms overhead while keeping your ribs and lower back connected to the floor. Can you reach overhead comfortably?
